Hi I'm Jonathan

I'm from Southern California. I love to work hard and play harder. I am a full-time missionary in Argentina and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

Just like many Southern Californians, I love to be in the sun, surf and swim. I also enjoy playing, arranging and listening to all kinds of music. I can play the ukulele and love to perform and sing for my family and friends. As I love to sing, I am a member of the BYU Men's Chorus, an auditioned choir at Brigham Young University devoted to changing the world through choral music. I have an older brother and two younger brothers who I enjoy being with. I also enjoy experiencing nature by going on hikes and different kinds of adventures! I am fascinated by the human brain and might study neurology while in college. However, the thing that brings me the most happiness is my faith, which is why I have decided to share it with others during a 2 year, full-time mission. I am currently sharing the gospel with the wonderful people of Argentina in the Spanish language.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have prayed to God about the Book of Mormon and discovered that it is true. I know that God lives and still speaks to us, His children, today. I know that Jesus Christ, His Son, came to earth, died to save us from our sins, and was resurrected. I am a Mormon because living the gospel brings me joy, provides comfort and encourages me to keep going.

How I live my faith

Prior to serving a mission, I lived my faith by leading youth groups, participating in youth committees and trying to be a good example to those around me. Now as I serve a mission, I dedicate my time to study, serving others and spreading the gospel.
