Hi I'm Morgan

I'm from Lovell, Wyoming. I am 18 years old. I enjoy art, sports and whatever else is fun to do. And I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love art. I love painting and drawing. I also enjoy playing football and basketball. Sports trips were my favorite because I was able to hangout with friends. But when I want to relax I watch movies, Netflix or read books. In my family there are 5 boys and 1 girl, and I am the second oldest in my family. I love my family even if we don't get along all the time.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because my parents, my grandparents and my great grandparents were all mormon. It is all i have ever known and I have learned to love being a mormon. Growing up my parents made sure to read the scriptures as a family which helped me to love and read the scriptures and gain a testimony for myself. I have a testimony and no one can take it from me. I haven't always been the best example of my faith at times but no one is perfect. Knowing the gospel is one thing, but learning to live the gospel is another. It is a life long process and I know living the gospel will make me a happier and a better person!

How I live my faith

I'm 18 years and graduated so i have the opportunity to serve a mission for my church for 2 years. And i have recently been called to labor in the Arizona Scottsdale mission and to teach in the Spanish language. I leave August 6th. I couldn't be more excited! In my school and community i have been a football captain, National Honor Society President, and I am a Boy Scout. These roles have given me the opportunity to be a example and leader to those around me, but most of all I have learned that for anything to get done it has to be a group effort. Many hands make light work. I live in Lovell, Wyoming, a small community of about 2,000 and there is a lot of LDS members in my town so i guess you could say i have been a sheltered child, but i have moved a lot over my whole life. I have lived Vancouver, Washington; Las Vegas, Nevada and Green River, Wyoming. I didn't like moving a lot but it did give me the chance to make a lot of friends and see what the world is like in other places.
