Hi I'm Alec

I love to play sports and camp. I'm missionary in Ecuador. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a big, awesome family- I am the ninth of ten kids. I grew up in California, but later moved to beautiful Washington state. I play almost every sport, but I especially love basketball, ultimate frisbee, and volleyball. I'm also an Eagle Scout. Right now I am in Guayaquil Ecuador, helping others to come closer Jesus Christ. Afterwards, I will attend BYU.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of the Church my entire life. My parents are strong members of the church, and I grew up with a solid foundation in a Gospel-centered home. But I have also come to know for myself that this is the true church. I've felt the spirit as I've prayed, read my scriptures, listened to the prophet, and attended my meetings. I've felt peace and happiness I've kept the commandments and lived the principles of the Gospel. I know that we are God's children. He has established His church on the earth again, and it is led by a prophet. The Book of Mormon is true and families can be together forever. Through our obedience to Gods commandments we can be truly happy

How I live my faith

The Gospel is my life. It is the way I live. I try to follow Christ's example by being kind. I am not perfect, but I always try to improve. I try to be a good example through my words and actions. I am currently serving as a missionary for two years. I am teaching others about their purpose here on Earth and how we can be with our families forever.
