Hi I'm Connor Clay

I grew up in Centerville, Utah. I have been called to serve as a missionary in the Chile, Concepcion mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been called to serve in the Chile, Concepcion South mission, reporting to the Mexico MTC July 2nd. I made a choice when I was younger that I was going to be a missionary and now here it is. Growing up I was always looking to make new friends and looking for opportunity to serve others, I think that this will help greatly out in the mission field.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church. I chose to be a member. I know that it's teachings and principles are correct and how I should be living my life in these latter-days. I think that the main thing that I can bring to this church is service to others. I will serve faithfully these next two years of my life as a missionary, and will continue to serve the rest of my life afterwards. I have a testimony in God, the Eternal Father, and in his son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost. I have a testimony that Jesus suffered on the cross, so that we all my live with him once again. I have a testimony that Joseph Smith, a young boy of 14, did see and receive revelation from our Eternal Father and Jesus Christ, and returned the power of the Priesthood to the Earth today. I believe that Thomas S. Monson is the true President of the church today and only he can receive direct revelation from our Heavenly Father today. I know that I have been called to serve as a missionary of this church and I know that there are people in Chile that I am supposed to serve, and I will do faithfully.

How I live my faith

Growing up in the church, I went through a number of callings within each quorum, such as president and 1st and 2nd assistant. I tried to expound those callings and look for things I could do in the ward or within the quorum that might help someone. Being recently ordained an Elder I am still on that task of duty to others, and am grateful for it. I am leaving for my mission very soon and I plan on serving others for two years to the best of my abilities by bringing them unto Christ and showing them the amazing power of the Atonement.
