Hi I'm Kelsey Irene Faulkner

I have grown up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm going to serve a LDS mission in Iowa Des Moines, spanish speaking. I'm a Mormon. :)

About Me

I'm the youngest of 4 children, there are 13 years between my closest sibling in age. I've grown up all my life in Herriman, Utah. I was a Figure Skater for eight years. I've completed one year of college at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah. My current major is Speech Pathology. I am currently the second attendant to Miss Herriman. I was just recently called to serve a mission in Iowa Des Moines, where I will preach the gospel in spanish! In my free time I love to watch movies, read, rollerblade, travel, and most of all spend time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of the church brings me non-stop happiness. By following the Lord and making righteous decision it brings me a happiness that no worldly thing could have the power to give me. Through spending my time at church, Institute, and ward activities my testimony continues to grow. I find myself blessed because of those around me whose spirit reaches me daily. I love to be a member of this church and share my beliefs with others so that their lives can be blessed just as my family and I have been.

How I live my faith

Something I do to better live my faith is to try and be Christlike in all that I do. I love to be able to serve others around me in my ward, stake, and outside of that as well. It is important to to daily scripture studying and praying. Every week I have a family home evening with my family, and do a personal mission prep with some of my other friends leaving on missions as well. I always try to remember that I need to lead and share by example, by living my faith 100% of the time I am able to set a good example for those watching me and how my faith works.
