Hi I'm Grant Schroedter

I live Texas, but I am currently serving a two year mission in Madagascar. I serve to invite others to come unto Christ.

About Me

I love service, sports, and the church. I play soccer, ultimate frisbee, basketball, you name it and I'll play it. I have five siblings and four nieces and nephews. I will be attending Brigham Young University-Provo, after serving a full-time mission in Madagascar. I am currently learning Malagasy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, but it is every bit my decision to stay in, support, and live worthily as a member in His church. I believe all that the church teaches. I have a testimony of the Book of Mormon and the Bible, as far as it is translated correctly. I believe in the restoration of His church through our first latter day prophet Joseph Smith. I believe that Christ suffered for us and died for us in what is known as the Atonement. The Holy Ghost has manifested these truths unto me and continues to manifest these truths as I live accordingly and righteously, and continue to progress in knowledge.

How I live my faith

I attend church every week. In my last four years of high school, I attended an early morning church class every school day. I am currently serving a two year mission in Madagascar. I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My purpose, as a missionary and member, is to invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. Before the mission I lived life according to the teachings of the church and tried to help others do the same, through my example and invitation.
