Hi I'm Sophie Wilson

I'm a nurse, a great friend, a violinist and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I'm a recent college graduate with a degree in nursing. I enjoy taking care of people and making them feel good, whether it be my patients, my nephew or a friend in need. I love to play violin, soccer, frisbee and go hiking or biking. I served a mission for a year and a half in Missouri and grew to love the Lord while I was there. The Lord blessed me with a great family who tease me enough to keep me humble and love me enough to keep me happy. Life is good!

Why I am a Mormon

I've always been a member of the LDS church and though I've had my fair share of questions, I've never seriously doubted my faith. Although a period of questioning can result in a stronger testimony for some, for me, my testimony has come over years and years of following the commandments and seeing the results in my life. I know I'm happier because of my faith than I could ever be without it. I have purpose and direction. I know who I am, I know what I believe, and I know what is really important in life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to follow the example of Jesus Christ every day! I look for opportunities to serve others. I pray and study the scriptures daily. I'm a good friend. I'm actively involved in my congregation. It takes a lot of time and effort, but I have found that the more I give to others, the more I have to give. Go figure!
