Hi I'm Julia Miller

Hi I'm Julia. I grew up in California. I'm going to school for photography. I leave soon to serve a mission in Iowa. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Russia and came to California when I was adopted at five years old. I'm going to college to get my degree in photography. I love photography. It is the best thing in the world. I also love to bake it is so fun. My family means everything to me. In my family we laugh a lot. I love to laugh. On Saturday mornings I watch Westerns. Right now I am on a mission. It is the best. I love to teach people and invite then to come unto Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. Growing up in a Mormon family I didn't have a huge conversion story. I grew up knowing the church is true but little by little my testimony grew stronger. I love being a Mormon. I love being able to help people and the Members that I got to church with are like a second family. Bottom line is I know this church is true and I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet, and I am very happy to be a Mormon

How I live my faith

Mormons do a lot of service . Once a year we put on yellow vests that say "Mormon Helping Hands" and we plant trees or paint fences and we do lots of stuff to help the community. Members in our church have calling. Recently I got a new calling as a ward missionary. As a ward missionary I go to lessons with the full time missionaries and help teach people who are interested in learning more about our church. On Sundays the ward missionaries take turns teaching a class for people who became recent member in our church or for people who are not members of our church who have questions. I love being a member and helping others come unto Christ.
