Hi I'm Tyler Bond

I grew up in Utah. I love the outdoors. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Tyler, I have a deep passion for life. The adventures, the trials, the people, everything! I enjoy to spend my time outside riding my dirt bike, four wheeler, fly fishing, hiking, camping, really anything outside thats new and adventurous. I have a real estate investing business that has opened up my world of possibility. "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve." - Napoleon Hill

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have lived on both paths, I luckily realized that the path I was on was not the outcome I wanted in this incredible adventure we call life. Its too common to see where that road ends and I decided to change course. A great mentor/friend of mine told me this phrase, "Caterpillars and Butterflies". It was time to become a new creature, not a caterpillar with butterfly wings, no, a totally new creature. One that doesn't even resemble the old one from the past. I made that change and got baptised and my entire world opened up to an unimaginable level. To have the knowledge that I am a child of God, the very one who created all things, the earth, plants, animals, this human body that works on such an incredibly detailed, systematic level. To know that through prayer, I literally have a one on one connection with the very God who created all things. It lets me know that there is a purpose and meaning to life. There is nothing you cant overcome and achieve. The only limits we have are the limits we give ourselves. We are sons and daughters of God. Once I realized that, I have never looked back. The LDS church gives me a knowledge I have never had before, it feels right, and I have found that once I did what was asked of me to do, my life worked so much more smoothly. Opportunities opened up, happiness flowed in, purpose was discovered, guidance was received. Where before, I used to not want to do the things I was asked because I wanted proof that it worked first. Thats a lot like standing in front of a cold fire place and saying "Give me heat and then I will give you wood." I have a testimony of the principals of the Mormon church and know that it is true. My joys have been deepened and I am so thankful for the friend who reached out to me to share this Gospel. I was resistant at first but over time I played with the idea and it is now a part of my life that can never be taken away. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

In my ward, I teach the youth, ages 8-11. They are fun to be with and its exciting to have the opportunity to be a part in their lives that will help them grow and understand life and gospel doctrines more clearly.
