I grew up in Logan. A full-time missionary in Atlanta Georgia. I love to laugh and I love my Family. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am the oldest of Five, and i love all my siblings and my parents! I use to work two full-time jobs! One was at Subway and the other was with Special needs. i loved them both! I am Serving a full time mission in the Atlanta Georgia North area. i love it! I love doing service and making people smile! i am always cracking jokes and attempting to make anyone who i am in contact with smile. i believe life should be about having fun and laughing! i love the outdoors, hiking, camping, swimming! you name it! i love to be outside! I have been a member my whole life but i consider myself converted when i was 18 years old.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been Born and raised in this amazing church, but i have figured out for myself why this church is true. I had to learn that God does love us. He really does. He loves every single one of us. He will never leave us. He will be there for us through thick and thin, No matter how bad or how many times we make mistakes. He will always be there. I know that his Atonement is what makes it possible for us to make it back to him again and i am so thankful for that. I know that families can be together forever and i am so glad that i get to be with my family and my future family forever, it is such a comfort i have.

How I live my faith

I have performed many times in Church. I have participated in many service activities, such as raking leaves for the elderly, Picking up trash on the side of the road and Making kits for kids in need. I have organized many activities, such as Glow-in-the-dark Volleyball, dinner for parents, Daddy-daughter dates, and Christmas shopping for kids who need Christmas gifts. I am now serving a full-Time Mission in Atlanta, Georgia.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Jordan
Not all Mormons are required to serve a mission. They are strongly encouraged to. The reason we serve missions is because we have the Gospel and we want to share it. We have been through hard times just like you have and we want to help you through it and we also have the solution! The Gospel or rather Jesus Christ. as one of our Apostles today, Elder Bednar explains, "The invitations we extend to you to learn about and test our message grow out of the positive effects the gospel of Jesus Christ has had in our lives. Sometimes we may be awkward or abrupt or even relentless in our attempts. Our simple desire is to share with you the truths that are of greatest worth to us." Show more Show less
