Hi I'm Clayton

I love American Sign Language and the Deaf community. I'm serving in the ASL Independence Missouri mission and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at BYU Provo studying linguistics aspiring to be an ASL interpreter. I love American Sign Language! I have been learning ASL since I was 16 years old. I also love to sing and dance on and off stage. I have been in the stage productions of Beauty and the Beast, Once Upon a Mattress, The Wedding Singer, and Fiddler on the Roof. I love camping in the Redwood forrests of Northern California as well as the beaches there. I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my whole life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because without the gospel of Jesus Christ, I wouldn't be who I am today. Through all of the darkest times in my life Christ was there for me. I am eternally thankful for His sacrifice for me and that I can repent of my sins and return to my Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith to the best of my ability everyday. I don't live it just on Sundays when I go to church; it is constant. Though I am far from being perfect, I strive to be the best I can be.
