Hi I'm Connor

I play the Trumpet and love a good game of Ultimate Frisbee. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've always loved writing stories ever since I was younger. I have some pretty vivid memories of times I've read stories to my extended family, and then watched ever so carefully to see what they thought of it. It was always the best when they liked them! It made my day. I also love to spend time with friends and family. My cousins and I love getting together to make short five-minute long movies of our design. We try to make each knew one more interesting and fun than the last. It's a great challenge! We always have a good time getting together to watch some of our old movies. Another thing I've done with friends is play Ultimate Frisbee. That's the best. I was in our club Presidency with several of my best friends, and it was a great time. While there were some ups and downs, I wouldn't trade the time I spent with them for anything. It was awesome.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know it's right. There is so much confusion in the world today, it's hard to know what to do. Every way you turn, there is always something grasping for your attention. It can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes you feel lost. But even with all this, I've always been able to rely on the Gospel of Jesus Christ for help, comfort, and peace. I've felt the change it can bring into your life when you live it, and I've come to know for myself that it is true. I've studied and prayed about the scriptures, and have received a Testimony of it. There is a real power in coming to recognize that. I know who I am, I know why I'm here, and I know where I'm going. I have faith and hope for the future. I know this church is true, and I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

In my ward I serve a home teacher with my dad. For this we go every month to certain families we've been assigned and stop by for about an hour or so. We always try to leave them with a lesson from one of the Church's magazines, and ask to see how they're doing. I love to catch up with them every month and see how they are doing. It's fun to talk about how things are, and always wrap it up with a nice, spiritual thought. I have also been called to Novosibirsk Russia to serve a two year mission to help bring others to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I'm thrilled and honored, and am so very excited to be able to go serve the people of Russia, and help them come to know some of the things that I hold most dear.
