Hi I'm Sierra

I grew up in Washington. I love playing sports and exercising. I'm studying exercise physiology. I'm a triplet. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently serving in the Richmond Virginia Mission as a missionary. I finished my freshmen year of college at BYU-Idaho and it has been one of the best experiences in my life. I have met so many good friends there. I love to be outside and be physically active. I will play almost any sport, though I may not be good at them I still play to have fun. I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my whole life and I am so thankful for it.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my entire life. I have grown up with parents who have strong faith in Jesus Christ and His church. I didn't really understand the importance of His church until I went to my first year of college. All through high school I still followed the rules but I never really showed people how much I really cared for the church and how much I love it. I am a Mormon because I KNOW that this church is true. I have prayed about it. I believe in God the Eternal Father and in His son Jesus Christ because I have felt their spirit and their love for me. They have asked us to read the scriptures and to follow the commandments. And if we do this I know that we can live with our Father for eternity in happiness. I have read the Book of Mormon and I believe in the doctrines because of latter day revelation given through prophets on the earth today. This makes it clear to us that former leaders from the Bible and Book of Mormon really did have the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet because God has given him the tools to restoring the gospel once again on this earth. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and He wants what's best for all of us. I am a Mormon because I promised that I will be a witness to Heavenly Father. And because of all of this, and how much Heavenly Father has helped me in my life, and how much I have grown in the last year I am proud to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in Jesus Christ by loving and helping others. I try to be the best example but sometimes it's hard, no one is perfect. I read the scriptures and pray everyday to come closer with my Heavenly Father. I am serving a mission for 18 months spreading the gospel in Virginia. Life is so great.
