Hi I'm Todd J.

I am a soccer player. I love to serve others. And I am so glad to be a Mormon!

About Me

I enjoy playing football and soccer and like to be outdoors, hiking and having a good time with my friends. I like to play video games and can be very competitive with my friends and siblings. I love my pet cat who thinks that he is a dog, it is quite funny. I love to help those who are less fortunate than I am, like helping to do yard work for the older members of my community and assisting with a peer tutoring program that helped teach students with special needs basic lifestyle skills. With my love of service, I am excited to serve a mission in the Philippines for the next 2 years. After my mission, I plan on attending college and pursuing my dream of becoming a Physical Therapist and continuing to help others.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love this gospel. The feelings that I get when I follow the teachings of the gospel and help others makes me feel like I am truly important. I also love to listen to the Prophet's words which have given me the knowledge that I need to aid in the Lord's work and the ability to allow me to serve the Lord earlier and to help make a difference. I know for a fact that the Book of Mormon is true and my testimony of it has been strengthened during my service as a member of the seminary council where I got to aid others in making that experience better and to be a friend for them when they are in need. I also love my family and know that with this gospel I can be with them forever. I love the lord and everything he has done for me in my life and the challenges he has given me that have helped to strengthen my testimony and to help me become the young man I know that the lord wants me to be.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in everything that I do. I treat others the way that I believe that the Savior would have treated them. I am always looking for ways to serve others, whether that is helping my parents around the house, helping a neighbor with a project, or just visiting someone who seems lonely. I try to apply all of the teachings of the gospel to my life and make them a part of the things that I do each and every day. I love to share the joys that the gospel has brought to my life with others, so that they can to see the miracles that it brings in their lives.
