Hi I'm Britton

I grew up in Alberta, I enjoy playing sports, I am currently serving in the England Leeds mission, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and am serving in the England Leeds mission. I am the fourth of six children. I was born and raised in Alberta, Canada for most of my life. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers. My family has always been very important to me, and show me such a good example. My older brother served a mission in Ogden Utah. After my mission I plan on going to University and study for a career as a Pharmacist.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the freedom it gives me. Being a member of the church has greatly blessed me and my family. I learn many important principles and morals that I love to live. I know that if the rest of the world were to take on how our Heavenly Father would have us live we would live in a happy, safe world. I love what I am doing, being here on a mission.

How I live my faith

I was born into the church, and have always attended it. That's not to say I have always known it to be true. That came through prayer and experimenting upon the words of the scriptures. And that didn't come until more recent years. Coming up to the age of 18 I had to decide whether or not to serve a mission. I knew that serving would be a big commitment- 2 years of my life! So I challenged myself to read and pray about the Book of Mormon. That is when I came to the knowledge that what I was to go out and teach others about was the truest thing they can reach for. And so that is how I choose to live my faith- serving a two year mission for my church.
