Hi I'm Taylor Allred

I've grown up in small town Vermont. I study computer science and language. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music, acting, computers, psychology, philosophy, and experiencing life. I enjoy playing a set of instruments. I like to learn new and fascinating things. I love to study languages; I've studied Japanese for 2 years at a college level. I've worked as a tutor and a web developer.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel has always been a part of my life and something I could easily take for granted. At around age 12 I had the fortune of going to the Joseph Smith memorial in South Royalton, the birthplace of the prophet. I can tell you that what I have felt there every time I visit is very personal and moving. I have a same connection with the core teachings Christ himself as related to us in the gospels and in the Book of Mormon. I read these things and know that what he taught is the way that I should follow and is the fundamental definition of being a Christian. I have a testimony of priesthood power and revelation and I know God loves all people. From these experiences I have made the conscious choice to be and live as a saint in the latter days.

How I live my faith

I am very devoted to my faith. It is the fundamental base of my living. I take pride in performing priesthood duties. I do all that I can to help out those around me, usually by shining a better understanding to people who are learning. I once taught a childrens class and was a leader in my youth group.
