Hi I'm Taylor

My name is Taylor: I was raised in SC and I am currently serving a full-time mission in Argentina. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, my name is Taylor. I am from South Carolina, and I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bahia Blanca, Argentina. I am serving as a representative as Jesus Christ for a period of 18 months. Previous to my mission I attend BYU-Idaho. A little more about me; I love to go camping and fishing, and ride horses, anything that involves the outdoors. I am the youngest of five children in my family.

Why I am a Mormon

There are many things on this earth that can bring us immediate happiness, but there is no other thing on this earth that can give us long lasting happiness, other than God. God is our loving Heavenly Father. Heavenly Father has blessed us with families to makes us happy and has made it possible for us to live with our families forever. Our Savior, Jesus Christ is real and lived a perfect life on the earth and atoned for our sins, so that we could return to live with him again someday. There was a time when the gospel was not on the earth, but Christ sent a prophet named Joseph Smith (a prophet just like Noah and Paul from the bible) to restore the church back to the earth and give us the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, which tells us stories of Christ ministry in America. Christ has blessed us with latter day prophets to guide us and direct us on the earth today; our prophet today is Thomas S Monson. I know that these things are true because I have prayed to our Father in Heaven and have asked if it was true. I know that if you take this challenge and ask God with a sincere heat and real intent, he will make the truth know unto you. "If any of you lack wisdom, let them ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given unto him." (James 1:5)

How I live my faith

I live my faith in the way I live my life everyday. I like to start my days with studying my scriptures (this is includes studying from the Book of Mormon and the Bible) and praying to our Heavenly Father. As a full time missionary I am able to share to message of the restored gospel. I love being able to share this message of Christ with those around me.
