Hi I'm Jordan Treglown

I am a business owner. I am a musician. I am serving the Lord in the El Salvador Santa Ana Mission. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play sports, especially tennis and basketball. I am a brown belt in Kia Kenpo Karate. I played in a marching band for 3 years, a wind band for 6 years, and a jazz band for 2 years. I play the trombone, sousaphone, piano, and organ. I started my own business when I was 12. I am the youngest in my family, even the youngest on one side of my extended family. I am college bound after my mission to El Salvador Santa Ana. I enjoy making snow cones, smoothies, and trying new foods. I enjoy spending time with my family doing things like playing board games, bowling, croquet, and vacations. My family loves the outdoors as we hike, mountain bike, compete in triathlons and marathons, and go camping. The temple is a profound blessing in my life as I attend every week to do baptisms for the dead.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because it is the source of all happiness in my life. Without the gospel I would have no direction and purpose in my life. I am grateful for the plan of salvation and the vision it gives me. It inspires me to set my standards high to one day return to my Heavenly Father with no regrets. As I lost my father in an accident recently, I rest my faith upon this plan of happiness and its promise that families are eternal. When times are tough all I must do is pray to my Heavenly Father and ask for his help because he is waiting with bated breath to bless each of us, but we must first ask and act in faith. I love my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and bear these things in his name. Amen

How I live my faith

My ward truly is an extension of my family as I have grown close to them over the years. They help me through my struggles as I help them through theirs. I have been blessed to serve in many leadership positions in my ward and stake, and even on the seminary council for my school.

Are there restrictions based on race or color concerning who can join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have the priesthood?

Jordan Treglown
Jesus Christ loved everyone equally, and since this church is his church we also love and accept everyone equally. Every worth male member of the church has the privilege of holding the holy priesthood to act in God's name. Show more Show less
