Hi I'm Coby

I grew up in Idaho. I enjoy sports and working with others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love anything outdoors. I like to fish, hunt, camp, hike, basically anything that involves nature. I love sports. I don't care what sport it is I love to play. I am going on a mission then plan on going to college to either become a teacher or a pharmacist. I love spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, but I fell away from it. A couple years ago a friend invited me to go to church and I just made it a routine to keep going. I started to read my scriptures and actually understand them. Then I started to pray and I felt Heavenly Father was actually listening to me. I started to fast and I could feel the spirit with me. I started to try and teach others. I started to bring up the gospel with people who understood it very well, so they could help me understand it better. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church. One thing that I have learned from these experiences that is a huge part of my testimony is that families are eternal.

How I live my faith

I attend mutual every Tuesday and church. I do service for my ward by helping people within my ward. My group of young men quite frequently help people move and clean up their yards. We also deep clean the church once a month so that it stays clean. I often try and help others by serving them and also by teaching them the things I know are true.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Coby
The LDS church focusses a lot on helping everyone. Serving others is what the church is built on. Mormons help anyone just like Christ did. Christ cared about everyone and that is what being Mormon is all about. Show more Show less
