Hi I'm Zach

I'm serving a mission in Guatemala. I love snowmobiling and cars. I'm Mormon.

About Me

My name is Zachary Aaron Winter. I am turning 20 this July 2014. I have been an active kid my entire life and love the out doors. I love snowmobiling in the back country and being high on the mountain in the trees. I play lacrosse and I have committed to play at Arizona State University with a scholarship. I gave that up to serve a mission but I will go back and play when I get back from my mission. I live in Layton and have always lived here. That doesn't mean I don't get out. I've been to china, hong kong, Thialand, all the carribean islands, mexico, Hawaii and most the states. I'll always want to live neat Layton though because I love it. I have some really good friends and we have had some great tImes. I love my family and we get together quite often. I love cars and I love working on them. I like Subarus too! I work hard and play harder. That's pretty much sums me up!

Why I am a Mormon

My reason for being a Mormon is unique I believe. I have a testimony of the blessing of families. I believe that we have been carefully placed by our heavenly father into families that will build us to our greatest potential possible, if we choose to let it work. I believe that whatever is given to please our father in heaven is given back in unique blessing personal to us because Jesus Christ and Heaven father know us just as much and ever more than our earthly parents. They love us so incredibly much and I know that for a fact. I have a testimony of heavenly fathers plan to bring us back to him with body and spirit by resurrection and we will spend eternity with everyone we love. Now I can say I will ALWAYS want to be a Mormon. Because even if this church was true, which I have 100% faith that it is, there is nothing but good that comes from this church. They teach us great morals, they teach families to stick together, and I myself have seen the INCREDIBLE blessing that come from this church. I will always be a Mormon. Nothing has made me happier or given me the most opportunities or taught me to be a great person to help others and be my best self. I love this church.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday unless I'm out on vacation. I love hanging out with my ward friends since we grew up going to the same church ever since we were little. Our classes are fun because we find way to get everyone interested. Our church makes sure all neighbors in the ward boundaries including non members are comfortable in the neighborhood! We always do service and look to help. Our leaders are nice as can be! I love to go outband help my fellow neighbors and make their lives a little easier. I'm more of the physical labor helping hand! I like to show my faith by service.
