Hi I'm Mitch

I grew up in West Haven, Utah. I love my family. I love boating and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love water sports, working on car and trucks, and being with my family. My family is the best! I have 2 brothers and 3 sisters. I'm an Uncle to 5. We love doing fun things together. I graduated High School in 2014 and will be going to college and going into the business field. Recently I just returned home from my mission in Arkansas/Tennessee.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church. My parents always insisted that we have family prayer every night since I was young and it's strengthened my relationship with my Heavenly Father. As promised in the last chapter of Moroni 10:5: "By the power of the Holy Ghost, you may know the truth of all things." We can find truth by praying and asking God for truth and we can feel the confirming feelings that come from the Holy Ghost. It is my experience that specific questions receive specific answers. And that's how I know this Gospel is true. I know that he lives and loves me. He has a plan. Not just a plan, but a plan of happiness that he wants all of us to have and enjoy. And all he asks is that we keep his commandments and endure to the end. I love reading the scriptures, especially the Book of Mormon, and I know its true. I've seen the blessings that come from this gospel and I have full faith in the power and guidance of the Lord.

How I live my faith

To live my faith requires effort and sacrifice. As a full-time missionary we get the chance to share what we believe with other people we meet everyday. I attend church every week and keep learning in the gospel. I read and study my scriptures and pray to the Lord for comfort, knowledge, and guidance. I have the privilege to hold and exercise the priesthood, which is the authority to act in Gods name. I've been able to serve in several different callings within the church. And I do my best to keep the commandments and do what Heavenly Father would want me do.
