Hi I'm Tiana Walker

I love family, music and adventure. I'm an Idaho girl. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi! My name is Tiana, but most people call me Tia. My favorite thing is spending time with my family. I have 2 wonderful parents, 7 incredible siblings and 16 adorable nieces and nephews! They all mean the world to me. I am working on a degree in music education and hope to be a high school choir teacher, a wife and a mom someday. I have a passion for music and singing, and also really enjoy musical theatre. I recently returned from a full time mission in Charlotte, NC. I love serving others, being outside, and sitting and talking with those that I love.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the one and only church with the whole and complete perfect Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that families can be together forever. How special is that? I can live with my family forever. You can live with your family forever too. I have read the Book of Mormon and have felt for myself that it is a true testament of our Savior. I know that Joseph Smith is a true prophet. I know that he saw God and Jesus Christ, and I know that he translated the Book of Mormon so that we could have its guidance in our lives today. I know that because of our Savior and Redeemer's sacrifice, we can all return to live with our loving Heavenly Father again. I know that striving to live a Christlike life has brought light, truth, and joy to my life, and the lives of those around me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church weekly and by studying the Book of Mormon. I access the atonement through the Doctrine of Christ: Faith, Repentance, Baptism (partaking of the Sacrament), and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. I communicate with my loving Father in Heaven daily to thank him for everything he has blessed me with, and to ask for strength in living his commandments. I share the truths that I know.
