Hi I'm Wyatt

I am from Murray Utah I am serving the Lord on my Mission In Long Beach California

About Me

I like everything. But most of all I like wood working and making cabinets, some day after my mission I hope to be going to school for construction management. I love to snow ski I have been doing it most of my life and its a place I find peace and I feel that I am close to my father in heaven. I love to work on cars and anything to do with cars, I love to detail cars because a clean car is better then a dirty one to me. Music is a big part of my life I like mostly anything but Country music is what i was raised on I love it and can relate to it more then anything. I love anything to do with the out doors, being in Ceder City Utah at my families cabin there is no better place to be. Flying down a dirt road in a pickup truck is the best feeling ever! I am giving it all up because right now I am on my mission my current area is Huntington Beach California. Working hard and being obedient to the mission rules brings me the most joy at this time in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this is where I have found the most joy in my life. I have no more confusing life questions like why am I here and where did I come from and where am I going because I found all the answers to that here through the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am proud to be a Mormon and I am grateful for everything that I have and know to be true because I am of this faith.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by the way I conduct myself not only around others but when I am alone and on my own time. One of my favorite things I have heard is to live your life as if Jesus Christ was right there next to you. I live my faith by keeping the commandments, also while I am serving my mission I strive to keep the mission rules.

Who chooses the Mormon prophet?

Jesus Christ is the Head of this Church. The calling and appointment of the Living Prophet is directed by Him whose Church it is. After the death of the Prophet Joseph Smith in Carthage Illinois, Brigham Young led the Church to the Salt Lake Valley and guided its growth and expansion throughout the West. After his death, the senior Apostle, John Taylor, became the third President of the Church. After each Church President passes away, the senior Apostle becomes the next President. Since Brigham Young, the Church has been led by: John Taylor—1877–87 Wilford Woodruff—1887–98 Lorenzo Snow—1898–1901 Joseph F. Smith—1901–18 Heber J. Grant—1918–45 George Albert Smith—1945–51 David O. McKay—1951–70 Joseph Fielding Smith—1970–72 Harold B. Lee—1972–73 Spencer W. Kimball—1973–85 Ezra Taft Benson—1985–94 Howard W. Hunter—1994–95 Gordon B. Hinckley—1995–2008 Thomas S. Monson—2008–present Each President of the Church selects counselors from worthy and capable men. Together, these men form the First Presidency of the Church. Along with the Twelve Apostles, they give direction to the Church. Show more Show less
