Hi I'm Braden

I was raised into the church. I love the gospel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a future missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am from a large family of 9 siblings. In High School I ran Cross Country and Track, I am an outdoors kind of guy I love to rock climb, ski, four-wheel, camp and other various outdoor things. After my mission I will pursue a degree in Computer Science.

Why I am a Mormon

Just like everyone else I have had to gain my testimony for my self. In my life there was no big major event that suddenly gave me a strong testimony of the gospel. Around the age of 16 I decided that I didn't really have a testimony of my own and decided that I needed to gain one. The first thing I decided I needed to do was to find out whether or not the Book of Mormon was the word of God or not because if it is then Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and then Christs Gospel is once again restored again to this earth. As I began to read the Book of Mormon and ponder and pray on the things which I read I came to a knowledge that this is indeed Christs restored gospel on the earth today. Today I am a Mormon because I have a deep and abiding testimony of the restoration of the gospel, that Jesus Christ atoned for the sins of all mankind and that through him we may be saved. I am a Mormon because it means serving others and doing what Christ would do.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in all that I do. When an opportunity presents itself I love to serve those around me. I strive to be an example in all that I do. Daily Scripture study and personal prayer are a big part of my day it uplifts me at the start of the day as well as at the end. I love going to church to learn more about the gospel and what Christ has done for me.
