Hi I'm Abigail Wilson

Hi, I'm Abigail Wilson and I love spending time with my family and running track and playing soccer.

About Me

I am currently in eighth grade at Kuna Middle School. I have just finished club soccer and I am soon going to enter into high school soccer. I currently just finished my school track season as well, and finished with a bang! I admire my family and my parents and strive to become like them each day. My best friends are my siblings and I enjoy every minute with them. I hope to become a soccer and track college athlete when I'm older, or work as a hygienist at my dad's dental office. I enjoy school and the opportunities it gives me to work hard, so that I can be successful. I love my life and everything in it!

Why I am a Mormon

The Mormon religion is wonderful. I was born into a Mormon family. I can't even imagine where I would be in my life right now without the gospel. It has provided me with a constant happy relationship with God and his son Jesus Christ. I believe with the utmost assurety that this church is true. President Monson's words and examples have helped me so much in my life. His stories help me to know how to follow spiritual promptings and help and serve others. I love listening to the words of the living prophets, and also reading the words of the deceased prophets from times of old through the scriptures. I love this gospel and all it has provided me with. I will strive and try my hardest to live up to this gospel and its wonderful standards.

How I live my faith

I am currently the Mia Maid President for my ward, and I try my hardest each day to fulfill that calling. I truly enjoy the Book of Mormon. In earlier times in my life I would have rather just read a popular book, but now I always want to sit down and ponder and read the wonderful words of the scriptures. As I am getting older and into my teen years I want to live up to the name of one of the "terrific teens" (as President Monson would say) instead of one of the "terrible teens". I know that things will get harder as I get older and others will try to pressure me into changing for the worst, but I am going to try my hardest to stay strong in the gospel. I truly love the gospel and I strive to live as Christ does everyday so that I may be able to live with my Heavenly Father again.
