Hi I'm Jacob Miller

I grew up in the church with my family. I play ♫. Fun, Education, Hard Work, and Family are very important to me. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in Idaho. I just graduated Capital High school, plan on attending BYU-I, and studying music and Engineering. I'm currently serving a Mission in the Alaska Anchorage Mission, and I'm learning so much from inviting others to come unto Christ. They say tell me and I'll forget, show me and I may remember, involve me, and I know. I've found that to be so true with the gospel; that as we live the way God has asked us to, that is when we gain a testimony of His plan for us. (John 7:17) I've also learned in my life that the most fun we can have is when we are doing what God has asked, when we are obedient to his commandments. Obedience makes us happier and brings the spirit to us, where as disobedience to His commandments will not help us be happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I've learned for myself that Jesus Christ is our savior, and through him we can receive all of the blessings he has to offer. This is Christ's church restored to the earth, and his priesthood authority, and guidance through spiritual revelation.

How I live my faith

If my faith is in Jesus Christ and his teachings, then, I must live my faith by following His words. If He has commanded us to repent and be baptized, then I must live my faith through sincere prayer and making covenants with him. If when I make covenants with Him, I promise to show my faith by my works, then my life must be my faith.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Jacob Miller
We talk about you, us, and each of our relationships to God, our Heavenly Father. Missionaries are interested in you and want to know what you like, what you need, and how they can best help you. We know that you can benefit from the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The reason we meet with you is so that you can find the happiness that the atonement of Jesus Christ immediately brings.
