Hi I'm Josh Moore

I've grown up all over the US. I like to skimboard & mountain bike. I have been called to the Ohio Columbus mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born Ogden, Utah & since then, have moved 7 times. I've lived all over the US & it's been a blast seeing different places & meeting all sorts of people. Right now I live in southern Utah, which is pretty awesome. I enjoy hobbies like snowboarding, skimboarding, longboarding, mountain biking, kayaking, & playing rugby, soccer, & basketball. I have been called to the Ohio, Columbus (Spanish Speaking) mission & report to the Mexico Missionary Training Center on June 25th, 2014. After my mission, I plan on attending Utah State University for college.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have believed the teachings of the Book of Mormon & the prophets my whole life. I'm not a Mormon just because I was born into the church; I had to discover the truth for myself. Throughout my life, I've experiences that have proven to me that this is where I need to be & that I truly do believe in the Church's teachings. I have a testimony of the Plan of Salvation & that one day, we can all be together as families after this life if we remain faithful to what our Heavenly Father wants us to do. That's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be an example to all those around me, including my friends & siblings. Serving a mission is the best way to live my faith because I am able to have a opportunity to bring others to Christ & share the gospel with them. I have enjoyed going to my meetings on Sunday with my friends & have learned a ton over the years about Jesus Christ & his teachings. I have also enjoyed going to Wednesday night activities for the youth over the last 6 years as well. Through the experiences I've had during/at these events, I've grown spiritually & learned so much about my Heavenly Father & Jesus Christ. I've grown closer to both of them & have a testimony of their divinity.
