Hi I'm Natalie Mo'otafao Wilson

I'm a Californian. I am a BYU-Hawaii Seasider. I am serving in the Tokyo South Japan Mission. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a daughter to two incredible parents and a sister to four very fun and overprotective brothers and one amazing sister. I am a lover of rugby, I played throughout high school and love to watch rugby games. I love baking anything with chocolate. I studied social work at BYU-Hawaii and love people. I enjoy getting to know people, I believe everyone has their own story to tell and I love to learn from each, and learning from cultures all over the world. I am currently serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Japan Tokyo South Mission. I love my Savior Jesus Christ, I love my family, and I love the Japanese people I serve.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because through the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I have come to learn that I am a daughter of a divine Heavenly Father, I have a loving brother, Jesus Christ, and through living the gospel of Jesus Christ I can live with my family for eternity and return to a loving Heavenly Father who knows and loves me personally. The gospel has brought the greatest peace and joy to my life, and answers every question or worry I have ever had. Through this knowledge, I am assured of who I am, what my purpose is and where and who I am working towards becoming. I have found great comfort in the plan of salvation, God's plan for us to enjoy supreme happiness and joy and be an eternal family, and have come to know it is true. Through prayer and reading the Book of Mormon, I have the utmost confidence in God's plan for me and know that this is Christ's church that helps lead us back to him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by simply striving to live the gospel of Jesus Christ and help others come unto Christ. Being a missionary, I have a great privilege of sharing with others a priceless gift that has enriched mine and my family's life. Previous to serving a mission I served as a family home evening coordinator a chorister and service coordinator, through helping others in these callings, I was able to learn more about the people I served and develop a greater love for them. Through serving others I have come to see them through Christ's eyes and my love for them deepens and I feel greater appreciation for them. Service has helped me draw closer to Christ and has helped me help others strengthen their relationship with him.
