Hi I'm Sarah

I grew up in Nephi Utah, I have eight siblings, and I love the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just graduated with my Bachelor's Degree, man was that a tough few years! I want to be an equine therapist which is a type of therapy that involves the use of horses to help other's understand and work through their emotions. Some of my favorite things to do are be with my family doing anything from hunting to working in the garden, I love to try new things, things that scare me and push me out of my comfort zone, I like to hike, fish, camp, climb, explore, learn, laugh, and have lots of fun. Some of the things I want to do in my life include, humanitarian service, sky diving, take a yoga and karate class, travel to China, Africa, and Spain, learn to cook, play the guitar, l get married, have kids, and keep having fun.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because everything about his Gospel rings true to me. Regardless of if you believe what we believe, if you really think about it, everything that we do is good. We are not perfect but we strive to live our lives with kindness and dignity to those around us. Being a Mormon is not easy. It's difficult to be ridiculed and shamed because we do things differently than the rest of the world, but the rewards of being a Mormon are so great that none of that matters. I am blessed more than I can express. I have been given an amazing family, a free and abundant Country, a healthy body, a mind that is clear and strong, an education that will bless my future, and much much more. The most amazing gift I have been given is my Savior Jesus Christ who died for me so that I may be whole again. As my Savior, He is also my friend, my counselor, my Brother, and my Lord. I am a Mormon because His sacrifice for me is far greater than any Earthly inheritance that I can gain in this life. I will serve Him with all my heart for as long as I live, His love is endless, His peace is perfect, His gospel is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being there for my friends and family. We are all here on this Earth together and I love helping others out when they need a friend to talk to or need help with a project or event. I love talking with older adults in my church who have loads of stories and experience to share with me. I know that it makes a huge difference in the lives of others when I take the time out of my life to let them know that I care for them and I love to hear about the accomplishments and struggles that they have been through.
