Hi I'm Seb

I grew up in Idaho, I love to ride horses and rodeo. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Idaho and love the outdoors. I love to rope and ride horses. I competed in high school rodeo all 4 years of my high school career. I made it to state in rodeo all 4 years I competed. I am a team roper and a calf roper, my favorite event is calf roping and I devote a lot of my time to practicing. I also love to train horses, I spent a year and a half riding for a reining horse trainer learning to train reining horses. When I find time in between rodeo and training I like to fish, I wouldn't say I am great it, but I do enjoy it.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of this church all my life. I grew up surrounded by great family and friends of my faith also. I have had many good influences on my life to live righteously, but the choice has always been mine to be a Mormon. I live this gospel because it makes sense to me, I've prayed and had conformation from God that this is the religion I need to follow. I've followed the commandments given and watched as the blessings that God promised have been poured down upon me. I have seen my prayers answered. I have seen the priesthood pronounce blessings on people that save their life, both physically and spiritually, and I have also received such blessings. I continue to follow this faith because of the prophet and his apostles that are on the earth today and the guidance they give for our day and the wonderful truths they explain to me and deepen my testimony. I follow this faith because I have baptized a convert and when they came out of that water the smile on her face, was a smile that I had never seen before, it was a smile filled with the spirit, that is the only way I can explain it. I watched her change her entire life because the spirit touched her heart and told her that what she was hearing was the truth. I follow this gospel because not once in my life has it ever brought anything but happiness, and I like happiness. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I have served as a president of all 3 of the quorums I have been in at church. I have also served on a committee to plan events for all the youth in my area to come and participate in.
