Hi I'm Tyler Iverson

I am 18 years old. Just graduated high school and ready to take on the world. Going on a LDS Mission to San Antonio, Texas.

About Me

I have lived in St. George, Utah the majority of my life. I was raised in the gospel and I come from a split family. I was raised by my father and mother and 5 sisters in St. George Utah. I have been the only boy in my family till last year. I have another mother, 2 sisters and now have a baby brother and two younger step brothers who live in New Orleans, LA, who are not active in the Gospel. It has been hard being torn between 2 families but has helped me grow in ways I could never have imagined. Especially when only one side supports you on doing what is right and serving a mission. I love the outdoors and most importantly my Family. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, sports and hanging with my friends. I'm a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Gospel. I was taught by my family and was baptized when I was 8 but gained my own testimony as I grew in life. I have always tried to do what is right. I have had opposition in my life having 2 separate beliefs between 2 separate families but always had a testimony of the gospel. I am going on an LDS Mission soon and know I will grow in my knowledge of this gospel. I know that I would not be where I am today without all those whom I have surrounded myself with. I have 2 great families and great friends. I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am currently the 1st Assistant to the Bishop in Priest Quorum. I have served as a counselor for the Special Needs Mutual Program for the past 2 years. I have been called to serve an LDS Mission in San Antonio, TX and leave September 3, 2014. I try to be a good example for all I come in contact with. I love the Savior and have a huge testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am excited to serve a mission and take the gospel to all those I meet in Texas.
