Hi I'm Josh

I was born and grew up in Arizona, I am a musician and an artist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

During High School, I played in the marching band as a drummer, I also enjoy drawing and animation, and have taken classes on graphic design and computer aided design. I am about to serve a mission, and then I plan on going to BYU Idaho for college, to hopefully pursue a career in the Digital Media Field. I enjoy reading and I have tried to do a bit of writing myself, although I have not made much progress in that.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, so growing up, it was just part of my life. But as I grew older, I began to have experiences of my own, and I have been able to gain a testimony of this Church, and I know that it is true, I know that whatever trials I face in my life, I can endure, because Heavenly Father never gives us challenges that we cannot overcome. And I know that if we do endure, we will be blessed, because blessings come after the trial of our faith, not before.

How I live my faith

I have served my Ward mostly through Boy Scouts and Young Men service projects, and I have been a home teacher.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

A testimony is someones beliefs, it is their testament of what they know to be true, like how they know Joseph Smith was a true prophet, that the Book of Mormon is true, and that our prophet today is a true prophet, and that he teaches the gospel of Christ. Show more Show less
