Hi I'm Ben Schollenberger

I'm a cabinet maker and fishing enthusiast--and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a father of four sons and I love to fish and camp. I manage a custom cabinetry shop by day, and I am a family-man by night.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am grateful to my parents who were converts to the church for raising me with the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I had the desire to share the truth I knew with others and I decided to serve a two-year mission to Lima, Peru. I love the people of Peru and my service there continues to impact my life. I find tremendous joy in serving in the church and I find peace and answers to life's toughest questions when I read the scriptures. Being married in the temple to my beautiful wife gives me hope on an eternal life with my family. I try to live the gospel each day to obtain God's greatest blessing-- eternal life. Praying daily and studying the scriptures helps me make better choices and cope with life's challenges. It is my testimony that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the way back to God and He does hear and answer our prayers. He blesses us when we do the things He has asked us to do. God Lives, Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer!

How I live my faith

I have loved serving in many callings in the church, ranging from Cub Scouts to Bishoprics. All have taught me to love other people and volunteer in a worthy cause. Serving in the Church has helped me be a better leader in my professional life, and has made me a better husband and father.
