Hi I'm Susannah

I'm an undergrad student, a wannabe chiropractor, and a missionary called to the Colorado Fort Collins mission. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I'm a pre-major undergrad of Business Management, and I plan on attending chiropractor school after earning my Bachelor's. I dream of becoming a wife an mother some day, but right now I'm preparing to serve a mission to Colorado Fort Collins beginning in February of 2016. I'll be proselytizing for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I want people to know God loves them -- but more than that, I want them to come feel that love as I have! There is nothing that brings you more happiness, peace, or joy than making and keeping covenants with Heavenly Father. Keep those covenants, and you always have His Spirit to be with you. Isn't that something grand? I love having His presence in my life! I just wish I could help others to come have that same blessing in their lives. I know that it is only through the restored gospel of Christ found in this, the restored church, that they can receive the fullness of those blessings. The Book of Mormon is so true! It really is from God. I have faith that it is the word of scripture, and each time I read it through I gain more faith on this fact. It brings me closer to the Savior, and I have never understood His precepts clearer than when I have read the Book of Mormon. If you follow its counsels, you will indeed find yourself nearer to God in both character and spirit.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love it! The gospel of Christ, the message of the Restoration, and the covenants of the temple feel so harmonious and true to me. I guess it really does come down to faith; I've just always felt it's true, and the Holy Spirit has confirmed that truth to me -- and really filled my life beyond measure -- as I've acted on that faith. There couldn't be anything more sublime for me than that witness. And that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I'm always looking for opportunities to serve or uplift those around me since that's what I think Christ would do. I've found that a friendly smile and simple caring can go a long way. I love getting to know my neighbors, engaging in service opportunities and performing in various choral groups to help touch people's hearts. Probably the biggest way I live my faith right now is by serving a mission for the church.
