Hi I'm Megan

I'm an Idahoan. I'm a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi there! I was born in Oregon but I was raised in Idaho. I am currently a student at BYU-I in Rexburg, Idaho. I am studying Health Science. It is my hope to go into Dental Hygiene. I love to play tennis, bake delicious treats, eat the delicious treats, sleep, laugh, play the ukulele, spend time with family, spoil my three adorable nieces and nephew, and I'm always up for a good dance party. I will be serving an 18 month mission for the LDS church this August. I will be serving in the Dominican Republic Santo Domingo West Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I want to be. Although I was born into the Church and my family are all members, I have never been forced to stay a Mormon. I have come to know for myself that this Church is true and I choose to be a disciple of Christ because I want to. This Gospel means more to me than anything else in the world.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the small things that matter the most. I love going to church and participating in various activities. I try to be an example of Christ wherever I go and in whatever I do and say. Serving a mission in a few months has really been a great conversation piece. When people find out that I am leaving home for a year and a half to go to a foreign country and serve, they want to know why. I love talking to these people about the Gospel and about my commitment to serve.
