Hi I'm Adam

I was born and raised in Texas. I'm a musician. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

As a kid, I grew up listening to a lot of rock music and other related genres because my dad would listen to it all the time. I've grown to love rock music. The music, other musical artists, and his influence inspired me to start playing the drums and the violin at about age 10 or 11. I've continued to play the drums and violin ever since. After I serve a 2-year mission I plan to work for some time while applying for college at BYU (Brigham Young University).

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because there have been times when I have felt lost and have gone to Heavenly Father in prayer to ask Him to help me find my way and to answer my questions, to reassure me in my times of doubt, and to comfort me in my times of pain and sadness. And after all of my praying, I had received an answer for those prayers. And they were the answers that I needed. Because of this restored gospel, the true church of Christ, I have gained a testimony of forgiveness and redemption, faith and prayer. I have come to know that this church is true, and that all of its teachings are the teachings of Jesus Christ. I have faith in God and Jesus Christ and I know that they will always be here for me. Wherever I may be or whatever I have done. I know that they love me and that they will always welcome me back and beckon me to follow them even after the mistakes I make. And this is my testimony that I have gained, and I hope that everyone will be able to have a testimony of this church and of its truthfulness.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to follow Jesus Christ by doing the things that He would do. Such as giving service whenever there is help needed. Although at times it may not be something that I would want to do at first, it becomes a great experience when I forget about myself and focus on the reason why I help others. I pray for help and guidance for each day as well give thanks to God for all that He's done for me.
