Hi I'm Aria Chee

I grew up in California. I love to play all sports. I'm a missionary and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently, I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I've been called to the England Leeds mission and am assigned to speak Mandarin Chinese. I am excited to preach the Lord's gospel and share the happiness I receive from this gospel with everyone I meet.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because following and living God's gospel honestly makes me happy. If I did not have this gospel I'd be in the deep end. I know what it is like to divert from the gospel and it isn't a desirable experience. It is a short lived happiness while having the gospel in my life is more eternal. I know the things I have learned in this church to be true and I am sharing it by going on a mission.

How I live my faith

While in college, at Brigham Young University, I had church callings with each semester I took. I was on the activities committee, the missionary committee, and a part of the indexing group. These were all fun and enjoyable ways to serve the Lord and help other people. Being part of the activities committee, I helped develop ideas for the local congregation to do as a whole group. Some ideas included board games, volleyball, and kick ball. Our objective was to bring everyone together and become more familiar with each other. The missionary committee included teaching those preparing to go on a mission. We organized and taught lessons from the Preach My Gospel manual (see https://www.lds.org/manual/preach-my-gospel-a-guide-to-missionary-service?lang=eng). Being an indexer was more service related, I cataloged genealogical records for the Church's Family History database. You can find your family for free at www.familysearch.org
