Hi I'm Kenna Richardson

I know that families can be together forever! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving in the Raleigh, North Carolina mission! I love the gospel of our Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that our Heavenly Father lives. He loves each of us, and He is continually reaching out to bless us. I have eight people in my family! They are the greatest blessing in my life. The knowledge that our families can be together forever gives me the greatest peace. I love to play guitar... I'm not excellent at it, but I still love it :) I love baseball- the St. Louis Cardinals are my team. I enjoy biking, and being outdoors, but above all other activities I really love to run. For a long time I coached youth track and cross country- Before my mission I worked as an Ophthalmology technician while I studied exercise science.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that His true gospel has been restored here on this earth today through the prophet Joseph Smith. I grew up in a family that is very active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I was baptized at age eight. I was born to incredible parents who lived and taught the gospel of Jesus Christ in our home. However, I had to gain a testimony of the truthfulness of this gospel myself. More importantly, each day I have to consistently live my testimony in order to become fully converted to this gospel... I admit-I am so imperfect! Like everyone here on earth, I have experienced hard trials and challenges. I have fallen short, and I have made mistakes. I am so grateful for a merciful Savior who gives me the ability to start over and over again as I strive to become more like Him. There is no better feeling than to be forgiven, to be given a second chance, and to start new! I know that my Savior Jesus Christ suffered for all of us. Only through His Atonement can we feel free of our sins. He offers peace, safety, and support in a world that is full of confusion, addiction, and distortion. I am grateful to be a member of His true church. His gospel offers us the peace and joy that the world cannot give.

How I live my faith

Throughout my life I have been blessed to work with incredible people in various circumstances through service in the Church . I have had the opportunity to work with the youth in primary, as well as in young single adult wards serving on activities committees. I have felt joy and peace in my life as I have served the Lord and His children! I have never been happier than I am now serving in the Raleigh North Carolina mission.
