Hi I'm Amy

Born and raised in Idaho, a Biophysics major, an aunt, and a Daughter of God.

About Me

I was born in southern Idaho into a family of a father and a mother, with two older brothers, and from a young age I was a girly tomboy. Now older, I'm less a tomboy and more of a nerd who loves to read, draw, and play games; for my future, I hope to obtain a degree in Biophysics, and enjoy life the fullest.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church, which doesn't mean I was always faithful. During my teenage years I pretty much did as I pleased and wasn't the most faithful or had a strong testimony of my own, but I was always there for my family. It wasn't until my mid twenties, I had a string of bad luck and hit the bottom of the pit I dug for myself. It was then that I had nothing else to do and started thinking about what I was really doing in my life, at that point changed for the good. A few weeks later I was praying for myself for the first time in years, and now I can see all the ways my Father in Heaven has blessed my life. My attitude has changed, I am more happy and all I can do is give gratitude. I know through the power of the Atonement that my Savior, Jesus Christ, brought to past, I can be made clean and live in Eternity with my family in the presence of my Father in Heaven. I know that we are lead by a living Prophet, and that the Book of Mormon is a witness of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I do many small things to help out with The Church, mostly through service to anyone in need. I also enjoy visiting teaching with other women in my ward, and I also continue my studies through a local Institute and enjoying it to the fullest.
