Hi I'm Steven Taylor

I was born in Utah, grew up in Arizona. I Served a mission in Louisiana. I love my Family and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a high school, senior, graduating soon. I love to read, learn, mountain bike, and build things/crafts.

Why I am a Mormon

I am LDS because, of Jesus Christ. He died for us, saved us, blessed us, Loved us. Though His stripes, we are healed. He Lives! I need to live for Him. and it makes me happy. Every sorrow, every hard time, everyday, this happiness, lifts my burdens, and makes my trials light. This joy and purpose that He gives me directs my daily life, and gives me understanding to deal with everything. I love the Lord. He Loves all of us. Deeply. Sincerely. Purely. Christ was crucified, He was resurrected, and He lives now. I wold never be happy without this knowledge, but I know this to be true! With every fiber of my being, I know this.

How I live my faith

I served a Mission for my Lord. I pray many times throughout the day. I seek to Study my scriptures as much as I can that I may learn how I can be more like Christ for He is the Way and the Life. I strive to serve and lift others and to just make people smile.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Steven Taylor
Yes of course we do! It is a wonderful collection of God's words, and testimonies of the Prophets and apostles, who testify of Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of our Heavenly Father. It is true. It simply needs to be translated correctly. There are many different translations of the Bible, and in some many precious truths were removed. The Lord spoke to these prophets then, and He — being the same yesterday, today, and forever— does today. This is why we have additional scripture, like the Book of Mormon —which also testifies of Christ— which supports the Bible and testifies of its validity. Show more Show less
