Hi I'm Bryce

I grew up in the church. I first started in Idaho but after about eight years I moved to Iowa.

About Me

I moved from Idaho to Iowa when I was eight. I started to get involved with school activities. I ran in cross country, track, and I swam for the swim team. I was in band, including the jazz band and marching band, but soon band wanted more from me than i was willing to give. So I left. I soon started into engineering challenges like The Real World Design Challenge and The Vex Robotics Challenge. Besides these school activities I got involved with a group of friends animating and programming video games. I also enjoy creating my own board games and mountain biking.

Why I am a Mormon

I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because it is founded by God. I have come to know him through the church. To have a foundation that is stronger than all the earth is impressive. I want to have that same foundation. I believe that this church is the only organization that will lead back to Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. If I did not, I would not be a member.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by first obeying the commandments of God. That is the primary goal. One of these commandments is to love everyone. As many people have greatly objecting opinions and systems as I, it is hard many times to do this, but I remember that everyone has the divine potential to be like God and return to our Father in Heaven. Next, I serve people in my callings at church but more importantly in all of life. I look for the pain people seem to have and I try to help them, by either deciding that they just need to figure things out or by trying to lift them up. I listen to the Holy Ghost for guidance and I follow what I am supposed to do.
