Hi I'm Dallin

I was going to school in Utah when I was in a car accident May of 2013 and spent the next 9 months in neurorehabilitation.

About Me

November 2012 I married my best friend and the woman I love. She continues to amaze me with her strength and courage and has always been there for me. I became a father just a few months ago while I was in rehabilitation. That was such a motivation to work as hard as I possibly could to recover so that I would be able to take care of our son.

Why I am a Mormon

I have seen in the course of this experience recovering from a brain injury people from around the world all come together and plead with God our Heavenly Father to help me get better. I have seen absolute miracles in my life. I am a Mormon because I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because I know that God has called a prophet today, someone with the same power to act in Gods name as Moses and Abraham had in their day, and I try to follow him. I am a Mormon because I know the teaching in the Book of Mormon and Bible are true teaching of God and I do my best to always follow them. And I am a Mormon because its teachings bring me closer to God, who really is our Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

As I have slowly progressed to living a normal life outside a hospital I have felt more and more deeply the importance of the teachings of our savior Jesus Christ. I like the saying "What matters the most lasts the longest" and the things that last the longest are the things you learn in the teaching of Jesus Christ. Families are key to Gods plan for each and every one of us. I have learned to change my priorities so that the things that last the longest are my highest priorities.
