Hi I'm Sarah

I'm from Salt Lake City, Utah. I love spending time with family and friends. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am one of six girls in my family! I love to bake cookies, brownies and other goodies. I love to use my hands...crafting, art and practically anything using your hands. I love to learn new things new skills that will help me in my life. I love spending time with children. They are so enthusiastic about all aspects of life and it helps me see the good things in life.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I am a Mormon because I was taught at a young age about the gospel. I knew all the information that my parents had told me. I could see what was good and evil all around me in the world. I chose to be a Mormon when I asked our Father in Heaven, God through prayer if the things they told me and what we read in the Bible & Book of Mormon were true. When I felt like they were true and decided to live all that I had been taught. You can see so many great things happen in your live. I know that this is the true church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The more you live this gospel the more you can see God's hand in all things. I see His hand in all aspects of my life!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday faithfully and being prepared to learn new things-being humble. I teach the 6, 7 & 8 year olds. They are so amazing you learn tons from them! I think that you learn more from them than I've taught them! I also live my faith by living what I believe in, living the values you never know what will happen if you do!

What do Mormons believe about family?

Sarah
Family is very important! Even though they may drive you crazy and sometimes wish they didn't exist, you can be with them forever! Each family has their own struggles and we have those struggles with them for a reason! For me I don't know what I would do without my family. Yes, they drive me crazy but I don't how I could survive without them. Friends are amazing and you can have great relationships with them but friends may come and go but your family will be constant. Your family can be together forever through the proper authority! I know this is true and you will be glad that your family is eternal! I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Sarah
The purpose of life is to come here to earth to receive a physical body. Our time here on this earth is also a time to learn to choose between good and evil, and from those choices to learn and become more like our Heavenly Father. But while we are learning to choose between good and evil and learning from those choices we are choosing to become more like our Heavenly Father or become less like him. One of the other very important reasons that we came to earth was to have a family. Learn in families many great and wonderful things though times may be hard we can push through those hard times and become better people. Our families are very important they can be our support group, our best friend and our worst enemy all at the same time!! Those relationships can last forever and ever but only through making covenants through the proper authority. I know that this is true! Your family can be together forever as well! It was take work and becoming more of the person our Heavenly Father would like us to be! All of that hard work and changing yourself is all worth it!! Your family can only be together forever through the proper authority, the priesthood! Being able to have my family forever can be a bit scary at times but overall I don't know what I would do without them! This is the true church! Ask God if it is true and He will tell you! It may take a little time but He will I promise you! I say these things in the name of our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ! Amen Show more Show less
