Hi I'm Marci

I'm the mother of 3, wife of an extraordinary husband. I live in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the mother of 2 active little boys and a princess little girl. My husband is amazing and helps me keep life simple. Most of my time is spent as a full-time mother and wife. I enjoy teaching my children and watching them learn and grow! I enjoy uplifting music, learning to play the guitar, walking, camping with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in this faith by wonderful parents. I never questioned what I was taught because it felt right, made me a better person, and gave me an understanding of God's plan for me and my family. At one point in my life, I was challenged to find out if God loved me. I learned in an unmistakable way that my Heavenly Father loves me personally. I continue to see God’s hand in my life in even the most detailed ways. This knowledge has helped me to trust God in all things.

How I live my faith

My faith is who I am! By reading the New Testament I learn about the perfect life of Jesus Christ and learn how to live my life. Through the guidance of a living prophet and apostles I learn the will of God for me and my family to navigate through the challenges of today's ever-changing world. My knowledge of eternal families gives me comfort, great joy and purpose! I strive to teach my children to choose the right. We read scriptures and pray as a family morning and night. Once a week we have family home evening. We take turns teaching each other about the gospel and then play games together. At church I teach the primary children the gospel of Jesus Christ through music. I love to teach them new songs and also hear them sing familiar songs. These songs teach powerful messages that will help them throughout their lives. I also plan activities for the primary girls ages 8-11. These activities teach them to learn and live the gospel of Jesus Christ, serve others, and develop their talents.
