Hi I'm Katrina

I am the sixth child of eight on my dad's side and the second on my mom's side. I am a missionary. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student. I am working full time. I am aspiring to be a writer. I crochet avidly. I am a pianist. I love drawing. I am planning to have a family of my own.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in this church. I love to read The Book of Mormon. I know it to be true. I can feel it in my heart and my mind. I love how I can apply its teachings to my life.

How I live my faith

Everyday, I try to be an example of Christ. I lead the music in the women's meeting we attend, every Sunday. I have been called on a mission to invite others to come to Christ. I show my faith by sharing my faith.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

No, Mormons help out everyone that we can: people in our communities, homes, and even people in different countries. We, as Mormons, do service to anyone in need of the service. As a missionary, we help out in the communities that we are serving in. I have served in food banks, helped paint homes, build fences, and help people relocate. Joseph Smith, one of our latter day prophets, taught that we are "to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all." I am grateful to be involved in a church that is willing to bless all people no matter their faith or circumstance. I have personally seen service bless the lives of people in all countries.
