Hi I'm Mary Rovig

I am from Idaho. I attend school at BYU. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 20 years old. I currently attend school at Brigham Young University. I love the human body! Anatomy is by far my favorite class. I love to work with the cadavers and see all the parts of the body. I love to jump on the trampoline. I learned how to pull a double front and double back two years ago, and now I am addicted to trying new tricks. My family and I love to go boating. In the summer we are out on the lake at least three times a week. We love to tube and surf behind the boat. Anything outdoors is what I enjoy: biking, hiking, camping, skating, swimming, swinging, climbing, etc.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the joy it brings to me. I have been a member my entire life. I have always known that the church was true. Personally, I can tell those who are living their life worthily because they have this light about them. It is important for me to bring the light of the gospel to others lives. The gospel has made my family and me so happy, so why wouldn't I want to share it with other. I feel my Saviors love and hope that one day everyone will have the opportunity to say the same thing.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday (at least I try my very best). My last calling was family history and indexing. As part of that committee we tried to get the people in to indexing. We had a part for those in our ward to come eat and index at the same time it was really quite fun. Iw as new to indexing also, so I learned a lot of things that day. I try to attend the temple once a week. I can always tell when I miss a week because it doesn't seem to flow as easily as when I do go to the temple. I can live my faith by setting an example for others and being happy.
