Hi I'm Emma

I'm 19, and the 6th of 7 kids. I'm a BYU student from Portland, OR,about to leave on my mission to Scottsdale, AZ. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Emma Tippery, and I just finished my first year at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. I'm studying Athletic Training, and hope to work at a high school helping student athletes. I have 10 incredible nieces and nephews, and I'm so excited to eventually have a family of my own. Right now, though, I am so excited to be able to serve my Heavenly Father and share the gospel with the people of Scottsdale, AZ!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the gospel, and baptized into the church at the age of 8. As I've grown and matured, and learned more about both the gospel and life outside of it, I become more and more devoted to my beliefs. I have gained a personal testimony of revelation and priesthood authority. Everything that brings me joy in my life, I can trace back to the blessings of the gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example of the church to those around me. Everyone in my high school knew that I was Mormon, and knew the standards that I held. Until I left for college, I helped to teach the 4 and 5 year olds at church. Since January, I have been preparing to serve my mission, and teach others about the incredible gospel of Jesus Christ, and the atoning sacrifice He made for us.
