Hi I'm Spencer Totsch

I've grown up in many different places in America ranging from Utah to Indiana. I study Mechanical Engineering. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at a University. I have been a member my whole life, but my dad is not a member. I have lived in many different places, and there has been so much that has helped me in all of the places. The people which have been around me always help me and I am so grateful for that. I like to snowboard, play sports since I am six and a half feet tall, and I also am a student in Mechanical Engineering at one of the hardest Universities for Engineering. Everyday I felt inadequate for the things I was learning. I had to be even more dedicated to the things I was doing in school. I had to work hard.

Why I am a Mormon

The way I was converted to this church and this Gospel was not actually until I was in the 9th grade. My best friend's brother was just getting home from a mission and he told this story about how someone in his mission had a dream and then he went and told the dream to us, and as usual I wasn't really listening, but the n the strongest feeling came upon me to listen. So I did, and that story made me know that I needed to go and serve a mission. I needed to go and preach this gospel to the world. The feeling that I felt at that moment was undeniable. I can still remember the spirit that I felt thrust upon me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every week, going to religion classes. I try and do all of the activities and callings the Lord has placed on me. I was one of the people on the Institute of Religion student counsel at my college. This calling entailed setting up an activity for priests and laurels of three stakes to come and spend the night and get to ask questions about what college life would be like. I would do home teaching every month.
