Hi I'm Erin Woodruff

I love sunshine, ice cream, sports, music, and my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

The 1st thing to know about me is that I LOVE everything, especially my husband and my family! I love cooking, music, yard work, school, sports, and riding motorcycles. I am always up for an adventure! I love to be creative, work hard, and be social. I enjoy being with people and have fun, but I also love having alone time.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a "Mormon" BUT today... I am a Mormon because I want to be! Not because my parents tell me that's what I should do or because my friends pressured me into it. I am a Mormon because what I live each day brings me more happiness than I could every dream of. I am happy. I feel good. I want to be the best me. I am a Mormon because without that "Mormon" title, I would not be me. I would be just another girl in this big world. But because of the knowledge that I have been so freely blessed with, I know that I am much more than that! I am a daughter of a loving Heavenly Father who knows me personally and loves me individually. I am a Mormon. I know it. I live it. I love it.

How I live my faith

FAITH is an action word. Faith is believing in things which are unseen, which are true. The things we do and say each day will reflect on how strong our faith really is. Without faith, we are nothing. But when we have faith, everything is open to us. Faith precedes miracles. I live my faith through everything I do all day every day. I have faith that the gospel of Jesus Christ will bring me happiness. And since I have exercised that faith, I know that it is true! The gospel of Jesus Christ shapes who I am. Without it, my life has no purpose. The knowledge of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ gives me reason to live and succeed!

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Erin Woodruff
Having served a full-time mission for the church myself, I have a pretty good idea of what the missionaries will talk about when they visit your home The purpose of the missionaries is to "Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end." The gospel of Jesus Christ is for EVERYONE and the missionaries want to help you understand and know that. They also teach about our Heavenly Father’s great plan of salvation, which allows all people the opportunity to return to Him. The message is beautiful and pure. I have seen our message touch the lives of many as they come to understand and accept the message. Show more Show less
