Hi I'm Gramma Dee

I grew up in Ogden, Utah as a Methodist. I've been a Mormon since I was 18 years old.

About Me

I have a yours, mine and ours family of ten children, thirty grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. I've lived un Utah, Idaho, New Hampshire, Washington and New York. I enjoy blue sky, sunshine and bird watching. I love seeing the five grandchildren that live close to me learn to enjoy nature.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know it is Christ's true church on the earth today. As a Methodist, I had many questions about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I didn't believe they could be the "same" person. When the missionaries explained that they are separate beings, but "one" in purpose, it made perfect sense to me. I also gained a complete understanding of the "plan of salvation" as taught by the missionaries. That understand ding has helped my through some very hard times in my life. I can see how this life is only a small bit of the "whole picture". I helps me feel the love of my Savior for me and the love of my Father in Heaven for all his children.

How I live my faith

I enjoy visiting with other women of our church and am known for "stopping by" since I tend to be spontaneous.
